The Fine Print
1. Deposit: The deposit to hold your date is non-refundable should your wedding be postponed or cancelled, as we have reserved our day for you and have not scheduled with any other clients.
2. Liability: We are not responsible for lack of coverage caused by any of the following: absence, tardiness or inebriation of event participants, church/temple/synagogue or building restrictions on photography or lighting, acts of God, inclimate weather, major injury or demise. In such case of the failure of photographer’s transportation or equipment malfunction, major injury or demise, our liability will be limited to the return of all money paid. All reasonable efforts (back up camera, etc.) will be made to prevent such an occurrence on our part.
3. Courtesy: A $95 fee will be charged to couples who do not make arrangements for
a meal (seafood or vegetarian) to be provided for photographer(s)
at the reception site. Please be kind and remember that we are there as many hours as you are and are working
hard to give you our best performance. We need to be seated in the first third of tables served so that we will finish
as you do and capture you mingling with guests at their tables.
4. Copyrights: It is illegal to copy professional photographs
without the photographer’s consent, whether with a digital camera, at a photo kiosk or in a photo
lab. All publication of images MUST be cleared with photographer’s consent
first.
